Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what personal data Darwin Club shooting range (Darwin Evolution LLC, 16a Vaclav Havel Boulevard, Kyiv) receives through the darwin-club.com website, for what purpose it is processed, how long it is stored, and what rights a visitor has under the Ukrainian Law “On the Protection of Personal Data.”
This Policy applies together with the terms of the Club's Public Offer.

1. What data we collect
When you fill out a booking or feedback form on the website, you may provide the following personal data:
- Name — required.
- Contact phone number — required.
- Email address — optional.
- Preferred date and time of visit, group size, chosen package, comments — optional.
- Technical attributes of the referral from ad channels (GCLID, UTM parameters) — collected automatically and linked to your request in an anonymized form.
We do not request or store bank card details — payment for services is made directly at the Club.
2. Purposes of data processing
- Contacting you to confirm and agree on the booking time.
- Selecting a suitable package, course, or instructor and answering your questions.
- Internal analytics of advertising campaigns in an anonymized form (GCLID/UTM), without sharing with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Complying with Ukrainian legislation on the provision of firearms-related services (in particular, age verification and, where necessary, recording visitor details).
3. Who has access to the data
Only authorized Darwin Club administrators and instructors who need the data to process your request have access to information received through the site's forms. The data goes into the Club's internal request-tracking system (CRM/messengers) and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data retention period
Personal data received through site forms is kept for as long as needed to process your request and follow up with you, but no longer than 3 years from the date of the last contact. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized, unless the law requires a longer retention period.
5. Your rights
Under the Ukrainian Law “On the Protection of Personal Data”, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed and obtain a copy of it;
- request correction of inaccurate or outdated information;
- withdraw consent to processing and request deletion of your data;
- object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.
To exercise any of these rights, please send a request to admin@darwin-club.com with a short description (access, correction, deletion). We will address it within a reasonable timeframe provided by law.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site may use technical cookies and web analytics tools (in particular Google Tag Manager and the tags it loads) to measure advertising performance and improve site operation. These tools do not collect information that directly identifies you, except for details you enter into a form yourself.
In addition, for interface convenience the site stores a small technical record in your browser (sessionStorage) noting that you have dismissed the promo banner — it is cleared as soon as you close the tab and contains no information about you.
You can restrict cookies in your browser settings.

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page; for material changes we will post the updated text on the Club's website.
